Xactimate 25.4 help needed

I have this version installed but I'm about to start receiving claims from a carrier that hasn't upgraded to the latest version. What is the best way of rolling back or installing 25.1? I do not plan on using 25.4 for a few months. Do I need to contact tech support? Or can I use the link they previously sent me with the Xact 25 upgrade which has the option to download version 25.1, 25.2, 25.4?

I would first try logging on Xactware.com's live chat via my home computer with my laptop to the side. The tech should be able to help you through the process online. If they can't get it done that way, they might offer a free phone call during regular hours. Allow yourself plenty of time before the claims come in. If there are a lot of adjusters working storms, it may be hard to get through. Late hours offer quicker access, but the old timers on days know their business a little better. Good luck!
