I had recently posted about the Caringbridge websites which are such a wonderful resource for friends, family, and co workers to get updates on a sick loved one.

Ray Hall (Trader) who you all know so well as a fantastic claims mentor both on ClaimSmentor and over at CADO http://www.catadjuster.org is undergoing medical treatment with radiation and chemo I believe for a recent diagnosis of cancer.

Ray was really under the weather last week and asked that I just create  a caringbridge site for him which I gladly have done. Ray is an honor award lifetime member of ClaimSmentor for his famous "Trader Bootcamps" he held free in TX in 2007 for our members. They were there with Ray for a week long class where they actually trained on vacant homes abandoned in a rural community near Ray.

Please be sure to stop by this Caringbridge site and sign the guestbook with your prayers, war stories, and blessings for Ray so he only has to log in one place to view all well wishes from his friends and family and his beloved friends over at CADO and at ClaimSmentor . Please also share this link with any other friends or business associates who know Ray.

I have just sent him the link as well a few minutes ago so hopefully he can update the the journal with more details and add a few pictures or I will keep it updated for him if his family is not able to as I know how tied up you get with hospital and medical treatments myself with my daughter's circumstances the past 1.5 years.

You can click on the link to the guest book and add your entries. I do have the MY Story portion of the site up so far with the details I know to date.

We thank you for taking the time to help us keep Ray's spirits up just like he has constantly done to keep up the spirits of trainee adjusters trying to get jobs in the independent industry!

Ray we look forward to hearing good things from you as you update the journal through this marathon race you are running to overcome this!

    All the best -Deb

    Deb,
I am in constant amazement of you,  your tireless work at ClaimSmentor, your knowledge of the industry, constant reading of articles and keeping the community abreast of new happenings, your understanding of the industry and desire to contribute, your kindness and compassion.

I will always be glad that we had the opportunity to meet face to face while we were both in Destin, and I just want to take this opportunity to let you know how very much I admire you.

What a kind, thoughtful and wonderful thing you did by creating this site for Ray, allowing his friends and colleagues a place to share stories, tell "Rayisms", or just let him know he's being thought of.

You're a great person, Deb,  and I just wanted to take a minute to thank you!

    Your friend,

I agree with you Meg. Debbie is a definite attribute to our profession.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

Meg and Tom, thank you for such kind comments.

I did just get some photos of Ray at his Traders Bootcamp he held for us and will have those up after classes tonight.

If anyone is interested in more nfo on Caringbridge and our high recommends for use of this free program for cat adjusters on the road
who get injured or ill, you might want to read our blog and a link to my daughter's profile at caringbridge as she has suffered
through 1.5 years of operations for a very rare type of tumor called Giant Cell Sacrum tumor that shattered her bones in pelvis
and sacrum. We used caringbridge and still do to communicate with her business clients, her law firm associates, and her friends and
    family nationwide.

I hope the Caringbridge site for Ray is equally as good at supporting and encouraging him to fight this battle. We did update it after
getting more details from Ray today at www.caringbridge.org/visit/rayhall
