    Nitro PDF Editor...

Nice little tool, lets you Stack, Edit and Combine Files and you get a free 30 day demo.  If you decide to keep it, its only $99.00 and can have 2 live versions, one on each computer.  I have one on my laptop and the other on my PC, works like a charm!
A nice little program.  I've been using it for over a year now and highly recommend it.

Sounds good, better than my full version of Adobe for many hundreds of dollars.

Recently went back to PDF Pro from www.fineprint.com and an using it for free forever,

Ther are so many, it boggles the mind.

I, like Dave Hood, use the fineprint PDF Factory and have for 8 years. You pay for it once, and that's it. It also stacks as Meg's program does. support is good also if you have a problem, of which I have had none in those 8 years. It costs only $49.95 for it.

I also use PDF Factory, One thing I like about Megs Program is the ablity to create PDF fill in forms. Would be really handy for a company specific form that you have to scan for each claim.

I use the PDF Factory too, to make PDFs out of Word docs, and such, but it leaves that "PDF Factory" down on the bottom of the document, which I find a bit tacky, so with Nitro, I can delete that, can edit spelling in most any PDF (although there are some that are un-editable) its just a nice little program all around.  I can also combine files to create one PDF, so any Word or Excel docs I want to add all combine into one PDF document.
Tonight I downloaded the newest upgrade and found I was able to reduce the size of my file from 19mb to about 4, which was great because that meant I could finally email it!
I had to edit some math in a report this afternoon, and it saved me from having to go into the program, change my narrative and completely save the whole thing again, all I did was open it in Nitro and click 'edit" and re-calculate my figures.  Made it a lot easier since that was the only portion of the estimate that needed changing.
(Gee, someday I'll learn to add correctly and might not need it, but until then....)  LOL

Meg, PDF Factory does not show on mine, apparently your using the try it free version. Sounds like your new one is a step above PDF factory, but for what I use it for, works fine.

PDF Factory is a great program and yes if you use the free version then it leaves the PDF stamp at the bottom of the page. If you purchase any version the stamp is removed.
