Jud, I know you are a good adjuster and should always do well. You seem to miss a point about kool aid adjusters and I never thought of you as one; however you know all the consumer protection was not instigated by insurance carriers. Good lawyers made all these changes and I would like to see a good lawyer take a case like my hypo. I am 100% retired and will never work another loss-claim.

just to stir the pot more, I know I could work a slab claim in Joplin on a HO3 from my home, just as well as a new person could with an xmate III certification who has walked over the debris pile, but I don,t feel that well.

I'm certain that there's a good point somewhere in there Ray where it could justify a case to take on and potentially win. Yet, I'm just an adjuster and not an attorney.

My most recent encounter with this is the rumor (I haven't seen it or read about it) about how Allstate altered the prices in the Xactimate database after their MSB departure. I used to think that the Xactimate database was ironclad (based on regional averages), but apparently even Xactimate has second guessed themselves. Perhaps you may have something there to occupy your retired time or at least perhaps another thread; here I am chasing a trail. Good luck.
