I have just taken the USAA certification test through NADO in Dallas. I have read the previous post saying that "everyone failed" in Orlando. I have to say this "class" was very good. The test is basic knowledge, things every adjuster (even newbies) should know before calling themselves adjusters. I have never worked for NADO, but the class was well run. I know sone people just do not test well, but this test was very basic and should be a breeze for anyone with the 3 years experience required.

    Jim

Was this a class in preparation for the test that you took or was it just the test?  What kind of specific questions were on NADOS test?

The test was basic. 23 question. Measurement- trianagle, parallegram, trapezoid etc. measure walls in an 8' room. Carpet measurment one room. Ceiling measurement one room. Floor measurement. Basic roof gable and hip. waste factor and about 5 basic policy TF questions. Gutter footage on gable roof. One hour test.

Yes it is. As I said in the first post, the class was well run, and informative. Most stuff was pretty basic. You can see from Larry's post, that the test was very basic.

Did they charge the $75.00 or did USAA reduce what NADO charged? Many of the USAA vendors do this for free when they have their meetings.
