    Hi I am new to this field , and with all that is going on and companies asking for experience , how do you gain the experience if no one gives you a chance with out experience ???? At some point and time we all start from scratch in this or any field and work our way up., Can some one give me some insite on how to go about with this .

    Don't see how you can say you're not promoting since you've put up at least a dozen free ads in the last couple days.

    Suggest you support the site and pay for your advertising.
