OK, I'll start this...maybe then others will join in....

Helllo??  Hello?   Is anyone out there??   Can't tell who's around here anymore!

Well, not quite sure how I managed this, but I got here, now, Lets get some topics going and have some fun, OK? The new redecorating is a big confusing, but I'm managing to learn to navigate around here, and I miss reading the posts in the morning with my coffee!!!!

Hopefully everyone will become more comfortable with the new style and we can get back to having/seeing some nice discussions soon!  The good news is I finally managed to get the spell checker to work!  Now if I can just find the "send" button, we'll be in business!  LOL...as with most computer issues, this is definitely "User knowledge, or lack thereof!!!"

We've had a bit of weather in my area, (Hampton Roads, VA area) thunder still  booming in the distance but for the moment the rain has stopped.  Sky is still gray and gloomy, so apparently the storm is still in our midst, but I think for the most part it seems to be over.  Had some moderately high winds here yesterday, the news said there were 60mph gusts on the Bay Bridge Tunnel, glad I wasn't on the bridge yesterday!  They were anticipating some localized flooding since this Nor'easter was coming at the full moon and high tide, but haven't heard anything on the news yet as to what has transpired.  OK, so much for my local weather update!

Looking forward to some other postings......In the meantime, I hope everyone has a great day!

Meg, we had a lot of rain yesterday here in Fort Worth, and it's now only 70 degrees! Hopefully summer is over and the A/C can get a much-needed rest. As far as figuring out how to "send" (hit "update" on CADO), I have a similar problem on CraigsList- when I respond to an ad, MS Word opens up and there is no discernible way to send the email, even though the recipient's email address is clearly displayed. Email me if you know how to handle this situation!
I wish I had something claims-related to pass along. Such is Life...

Here in Michigan we are getting our first snow flurries in the southeast region of the state tomorrow or Friday per the weatherman. Minnesotta was supposed to get 6 - 8 inches today and the UP - upper penuinsula of Michigan is supposed to get some decent snow tonight. May be a long winter up here. Who knows...anyone like cold weather cats?

Don't like cold weather cats.  Meg, Virginia is also too cold this time of year. I was there after Isabel too long. Would much rather be sweating and wearing gloves on a hot Tx roof (or Fl roof) than freezing through 3 layers of clothing with a 20 mph north wind blowing in 20 degree weather.
