    Greetings from Simsol Software Support!

Just a notice to those of you using Simsol with intentions of installing the new Xactware 25.  We have had two Simsol users call in to our help desk because their copy of Simsol would not open after installing Xactware 25.  It was discovered that the Xactware 25 inadvertently deletes your print drivers (confirmed by Xactware's support staff.)   Simsol will not open if it does not detect any printers installed on the machine and will give you the following error "SFWPROP.exe has encountered an error and will now close."  To remedy this, reinstall your printer,  and Simsol will open.

    thank you

Well now, John. Isn't that just precious. I installed xact 25 demo, and to be honest, so far,  I don't like it. It is a contractors tool, not an adjusters tool. Your reporting system and MS/B works with and for the adjuster. Xactware should be ashamed not to work with the adjuster on reporting, etc. You work more for the adjuster than does MS/B. MS/B seems to be hell bent on the carriers notions  moreso than the adjusters. I am very anxious to try your program to see how it works. Janice and I used it many years ago when it was DOS based and really liked it.

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
