I have been trying to export the address data from Integriclaim and Xactimate into Mapsource, the program used by Garmin.  I have successfully exported the data into an Excel Spreadsheet and have found a free website that will geocode the data.  I have verified that the geocoded data is correct, but I have yet to be able to get the Garmin POI Loader to successfully import the geocoded data back into Mapsource. I would like to get down to one mapping program and also have the ability to import the days itinerary directly into the GPS.  Has anyone had any luck with this???

Integriclaim and Delorme have a good relationship. It's very easy to map out your claims with these systems.

I'm not sure about Xactimate but I think it will work with Delorme also.

Yes, XM8 will export Project addresses directly into Delorme and/or MS Streets and Trips to build a single map with all your claims. Follow the instructions in the help section inside XM8. Once you select all the claims you wish mapped, right click, then choose either Property Mapping--Microsoft...or Property Mapping Delorme. You'll be on your way. Delorme 09 version will print a 3 sheet by 3 sheet poster map of your claim area...flagged with your claim addresses, but you'll have to paste them together or mount them to a piece of foamcore or something for a nice wall display.

Sorry to be so late getting back on the thread. I have talked with several people about this and it appears that the Garmin mapping program has its own language that is not readily compatible with the export data coming out of IC and XM. There is a conversion process, but after trying it, the results are not worth the time invested. Just attempting to gain an extra minute here and there.

Has anyone figured out a workaround for exporting addresses from XM8 25 to Delorme 2009?  If so please post!

Delorme 2009 is compatible with my  XM8 25.1. I just batch loaded a list of addresses and got a good map. There was a "sticky" problem that probably has to do with the Microsoft updates.

With both XM8 25.1 and Delorme 2009 loaded on your computer but not booted....boot XM8. With all the claims you want on your map unfiltered and listed in your projects either by download or manual , select those claims you want mapped, then right click.

Pop up happens, click on "Property Address Mapping-Delorme

Save Property Address Mappind Data box appears, in the save As "ADDRMAP" is the default file name. Change that to the storm you are working or whatever you like to distinguish it from other files. Click OK

Xactware Popup appears and says something like "Property address data collected for 38 out of 38 marked estimates Launch the mapping program.
    Click "Yes" to launch Delorme

With Delorme launched look to the bottom left, to the right of the red and white flag buttons, see the rectangular button "File" click that
sub box comes up, click "import"

Import Draw File window comes up. Your "storm" file name should be in the white part of that window along with others from the past if you have a past here.
The file name will be blank awaiting your selection...don't select yet.
In the files of type window it will say, "All Draw Files.........." click the drop down arrow select Address Book (*.cav........) It should replace the "All Draw Files....."

Now here is the sticky part. You want your "storm file" name to populate in the file name window. You might just double click on it in the upper portion of the pop up window...but more times than not it won't work. Just type the first couple of letters of the name then click the default option or just type it all in.

With your "storm file" name in the file name area, click open! You should have a map with all your addresses. Sometimes Delorme can't find a few of them, it will tell you and you will have to find and locate those in another manner, sometimes the city name is different than the map knows or the zipcode is wrong or something like that. There is always something.

    Hope this helps.

I put every detail I could think of in this instruction. It looks far more complicated than it is.
