    Last year I found a great little tool that I use all the time in the car, plane, etc.  It is the Caazorri lap desk http://caazorii.com/

    The great thing about these is that they come apart and fit right into your suit case.  Take it on the plane to work and forget about trying to use that seat tray or you lap.  I do a lot of work in the car and it is nice to not have a hot laptop on my lap or having to twist one way to work.

    Check them out.  They are less than $50 and well worth it.
