CLAIMS MANAGER - Property & Casualty Claims

• Continental Staffing, Inc. has a direct-hire, permanent position available for a Claims Manager with a property-casualty claims organization. This is a permanent, on-site opportunity in Tallahassee, Florida. Position is Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Excellent benefit package including generous 401k match, paid time off, health insurance, plus much more. You must have your 620 license. Prefer at least 15 years of claims experience encompassing homeowner - auto - commercial experience with at least 5 years of management experience.
• Supervise in-house adjusting and support personnel. Have prior experience developing the claims team with best practices protocols and continuing education processes. Accomplish annual performance reviews.
• Participate in claims committee reviews. Serve as corporate representative and records custodian. Attend trials as necessary.
• Authority up to $100k with expense authority up to $75k.
• Oversight on independent adjusting firms as necessary.
• Assist in the development of RFPs
