Job Overview
As a Commercial Roofing Inspector, you'll be our expert in the field, conducting thorough property inspections and documenting property conditions and damage. Your expertise and timely responsiveness will be crucial to maintaining our high standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed, high-quality property inspections of commercial roofing.
- Accurately assess and document damage for both retail and insurance claim purposes.
- Utilize CompanyCam to capture comprehensive photo documentation of inspections.
- Collaborate with our Claims Manager and Sales team to efficiently.
- Participate in meetings to explain complex roofing issues.
- Schedule and conduct timely inspections, typically within 5 business days of assignment

Qualifications
- Experience as a commercial property adjuster/inspector.
- Understanding of insurance claim processes, especially for commercial roofing.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle capable of transporting a 26'+ ladder.
- Physical ability to lift 75 lbs and work safely at heights.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with technology, including mobile devices, laptops, and inspection software.
- Willingness to work as an independent contractor.

- Pass background check
- Candidate has their equipment in a safe, working, condition.
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear company-provided apparel during work activities
