Please Note:
If you are adding your name to the Roster please check the "Listing Manager" first for an existing listing.   If you see your name in the "Listing Manager" then use the pencil icon next to your name to edit\update the information if needed.   The "Listing Manager" is next to the "Add New Listing" button on the Roster page. Please see the first image in the article below for an example of what you will see.  If you do not see a listing then use the "Add New Listing" to add your name to the Roster.

How to Add your name to the CADO National Adjuster Roster

  1. First you need a (CADO) user account; You can get it here  >>> However: Having a user account does not get you listed on the Roster, you will still need to add your name to Roster if you wish to be listed on the Roster. 

Important Things to Know about your CADO user account.

  • Your user profile is not connected to the Adjuster Roster, so if you wish to be listed on the Roster you will need to add your name to the Roster.  
  • If you have a Roster Profile and wish to update it you will need to use the same "CADO User Account" that you logged in with when you added your Roster Profile, a new account will not give you access to anything added with an old account.
  • Removing your "CADO User Account" DOES NOT remove your Roster profile. If you need to remove your Roster Profile please contact us.
  • A login for does not give you access to the Classifieds.  If you wish to post ads in the Classifieds you will need an account for the Classifieds. Please see the Classifieds for additional information.

The National Adjuster Roster

Adjusters can use the National Adjuster Roster as a way to promote their experience. The Roster is for all adjusters. The Roster allows adjusters to inform potential employers about their qualifications.
