Between Kerry's negativism and republican attack ads based on part of the truth, sigh. We need a modern day Jefferson to shake us up. |

I doubt that Jefferson could get elected today. He grew hemp and there is a belief among some historians that he and others smoked it, too. |

What the hey, if we are going to waste our time arguing politics, we may as well interject religion into it. |

One of the many things this senior learned at a tender age was:
“Don’t ever argue Religion or Politics”.
As such, it has never happened and never will. Each person is endowed with free will and the responsibility to act upon that.
Unfortunately, in these days there appears to be a lesser amount of those that are willing to accept the responsibility for their actions. We have, of late, become a “ME” society, rather that a “WE” society. Upon which this country was founded.
Is it time for change, sure; but times do not change, people change.
Just as those that attempt to profit from losses, or file supercilious suits often find themselves in a world of hurt.
In the words of JohnD: usus te plura docebit means; "Experience will teach you many things”
