The one question I have nto seen ask is, is the 350.00 a true rebate, so many depend on you signing up for some internet service. Many of the compainies find reasons why you do not qualify for the rebate, did not send in correct paper work, did not mail on time, etc. Should you not be able to get the rebate would they at that time send you a second check for 350.00. Oh the run-arounds we see in the business.
You dont settle claims based on figures you pull out of the air and I have never heard of using rebates as part of the payment process. Kelley brought up a good point also. The policyholder may have to buy a subscription to Hot Rod Magazine before they get their money.
When you get the rebate, use it to pay the premium on your NEW policy.
