Why no discussion about the "Management changes" at Crawford? It is my understanding that Crawford Cat management let the money-makers go and stil are keeping the non-profitable. Is this tru?[?]

Sounds like sour grapes to me. It doesn't make any sense. Why cut the fruit and keep the vine?

At the risk of irritating Roy, perhaps you should go ahead & spill the beans on this deal. If there's anything we love on a cold winters night, it's lurid details, conjecture, analysis, and prognostications. Owners of the tabloid press have become millionaire$ doing this.

Wednesday a former GAB adjuster (10+ years) stated GAB was losing groups of staff adjusters due to lost of salary (now get 40% of fees), loss of car and funding for 401's in some cases. Maybe it is just tight times for everyone in the industry or this person was relaying something that was an isolated case. If CAT IA's are coming up short then the vendors can't be doing that great because their income is based mainly on getting a cut of the fees.
