Apparently CBS and it's parent company Viacom have filed a claim on their business interuption insurance for the revenue lost by not running ads during the 4 days following 9/11. Another pat on the back for the lawyers. Will it ever end.

From my experience, all they have to do is get them to a table and a settlement will be made. Sadly but, true.
