Only my suggestion, but if you re-post your puzzle and questions here, and if the answers develop; you and anyone else will know where to find it next year if the situation comes up. |

Coverage on a common wall would probably only 50% even though the neighbor is not using it. ( if his portion of the structure were removed except for the wall.)
That is probably why there are so many ugly walls in small towns. There are three such ugly walls in a town near here. Zoning ordinances could eleminate the problem, however a lot of small towns turn a blind eye to the problem in hopes it will go away.
This is not the bad problem I first thought, after our last bout with fences, some of the same problem or solutions come into play here. |
