David, it is my understanding from talking with Roy Cupps and others, that Crawford does have such a program for hiring and training Newbees. Perhaps Roy or one of the other Crawford personnel can shed some light on this program.

If other companies also have such a program, please post here to let our Newbees know.

For a lot of Newbies we would love to have a company to stick with. My experience is if you are not already very qualified they want you to go get your experience someplace else. And then they will talk to you! This really doesn't seem right as far as loyalty goes. Loyalty works both ways. If the major companies want loyal adjusters they could cultivate newbies who would remember this help for a long time!
