MOST OF THE EMPLOYERS DO TRAIN THE NEWBIES. MOST THE TIME THE NEWBIE THINKS THE GRASS IS GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE AND JUMPS SHIP. WHEN THEY WANT TO COME BACK THEY HAVE ALREADY BURNT THE BRIDGE., ALSO DURING THE PROCESS OF TRAINING THE NEWBIE THE VETS. GET PISSED BECAUSE THE SAME MONEY IS FLYING THE NEWBIES WAY. MOST COMPANIES HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO HAVE VETS. AND ROOKIES.
