When I was a newbie,I agonized over my performance reports. Most were good, some were not so good.I worked for Pilot (Allstate & Statefarm mostly).State farm storm managers would sit down at checkout and give me an overview of my performance.Never had a problem.Allstate would have their reinspectors write a sheet on 10% of your closed files and grade each one.You would get a percentage amount of your performance of the storm.above 90% was considered good.Allstates grades were as follows:If you were perfect you would get a grade of "NO ACCEPTIONS" If you were far from perfect you would Have A %.If I got less than a NO ACCEPTIONS,I was upset.I finally woke up and realized that a good work ethic, few customer complaints,Turn claims in as soon as they are completed was the way to keep`working! My new philosophy is to Give them what they want!!!! Its my responsibility to have the tools to do a precise and proper job.Rate if you like,I Just DONT Care anymore!Have a great day and Please be SAFE! P.S.: COME ON "ALBERTO" |

I had a really bad experience with a State Farm Supervisor during work after Hurricane Irene. I was told by my Cat Supervisor that she had been called on the carpet before but it would be bad for my career even if I was successful in proving my problems. I expended over $1,000.00 in medical bills trying to cope with her. At some point I must deal with the State Farm Supervisor but I do not want to hurt my Cat Co. It is a real problem but one that has to be worked out. Everyone should be treated fairly and evenly on a storm. Every Catadjuster should be given copies of reviews as promised. This is not being done to my knowledge. Let me know what you others are thinking. |
