One more thought on the NCC. I have been there since February and enjoy the work. No doubt this assignment is not for everyone. It is inside, but there is work every day with no down time between storms. Most of the rumors about supervisors and the conditions are unfounded. I am making this posting because of some recent comments I heard. The independent assignment at the NCC was new and there were some flaws in the system to work out. Those issues have been resolved. Personally I think the supervisors are great, always willing to help, not that they always agree with your call, but willing to listen. I would recommend this assignment. If you are interested, contact me at my E-mail address. Type NCC in the subject line.

They can say what they want about working at Farmers NCC, but it has been the best deal I've seen going all year long. The work is difficult, but that's why they call it work. It is the best training for adjusters going. Coming out of there you learn the real inside of the business and why things have to done the way they do. I have enjoyed a long run there and am thankful for the opurtunity and the education. There is a great bunch of people there and they are aways willing to help in any way.
