We’ve made some changes to our CAT Adjuster compensation that make a great job even better. Come by and let us tell you about the exciting changes.
We’ll be in Dallas on Friday, March 19, 2004 to conduct training (one Continuing Education credit will be offered) and to talk with experienced property adjusters about opportunities available in our Catastrophic Claims Division. Here’s what we now offer:
o 65% Commission
o Prompt payment
o Fewer out of pocket expenses
Here’s what we’re looking for:
o Property claims adjusters with a min. of 3 years adjusting experience and necessary tools e.g. ladder, laptop, cell phone and dependable vehicle w/ liability coverage
o Good communication skills and organization ability
o Strong technical knowledge, incl. construction & scoping
o Computer skills incl. knowledge of Xactimate
o Clear results on drug screen, background check and driving record check
o License and Certification(s) preferred
o Bilingual a plus
