H & R Distributors Some of you have Emailed and said they could not get through to H & R Distributors on my previous post. Their order form shows the following; H & R Distributors of NY 63 Flushing Avenue Brooklyn, NY Phone (888) 866-3832 FAX (718) 237-4965 I found them on EBAY Auction site and have purchased from them several times with excellent service. Their Epson Stylus Cartridges are $5.95 for black and $6.95 -to- $8.95 for color, depending on the printer type. This is the only information I have on them. You may try NY information (888) 555-1212 to see if their phone number has changed. Good Luck. |

Tom: One supplier of paper is H&R Distributors and they can be reached at (888) 866-3832, just ask them to mail you an order form. The absolute best way to buy photo papers is on EBAY auction. It's easy, cheap about 15c per page, and you can continue to purchase after "winning" an auction for the old price. I am at a loss as to why you would want to use photo quality paper for your photos associated with claims. I have found that a top quality "clay finish" high gloss, super white ream of paper at Office-Max- or Office Depot will run about $7.95 for 500 sheets and will produce very good quality. Also if you use color ink cartridges, the H&R phone number above is a MUST. They sell epson cartridges starting at $5.95 ea, which is way less than the $34.95 in office supply stores. I have completed and turned in over 750 claims this year using high quality paper with my MS word photo template printing and have received many compliments on this work. If I can help you with and of this (additional) just Email me... Good Luck... |

MS Publisher is the way to go. I have been using a template for over 3 years for digitals. Just purchased a FD83 Mavica and it is great. Takes 35mm quality photos and when printed on glossy sheets, look fantastic. We need to find a supplier for glossy sheets. They cost too much at the Depot stores. Any thoughts about this would be appreciated. |

You can use Microsoft Word to make your own templates. Use the text box feature to design a box where you wint to import your photo(s). I have made about fifteen (15) different templates that I will be happy to share with you. Let me know. |

Xactimate 5.8 users, those of you using digital cameras, is there a photo mounting sheet/software package out there that allows you to size and arrange your images 2-4 to a page? |

I am using Photo Recall that came with my HP895, it always you too put 4 pics on a sheet. This is a limited version so I don't know if the regular version allows other configurations. |

You can use Microsoft Publisher, or the publisher program that came with your color printer. If you use Microsoft Publisher, and want a good photo sheet for 4 photos, email me and I will send you mine. dilligas@concentric.net |
