State Farm changed their policy here in Ca over
a year ago. Infact, after the Windstorm in the Central Valley of CA, the two of us that were doing clean up had to go back to ALL the closed claims and if depreciation was withheld and they were entitled to the RC we pulled the files reopened and requested payment . This was all brought about by a lawsuit here in CA that State Farm lost.
Apparently they are now making it Countrywide
before they end in court again. |

I would imagine that will mean less IAs on cleanup and much quicker storm conclusions. |

Just heard that State Farm is going to pay everything up front without depreciation on RC policies. What will this mean for IA's. More Work or less? |
