I plan on taking the Dearborn Property & Casualty class later this month in Houston. Successful completion of the final exam certifies me for my state license.

I am retiring from the trucking industry (management) and would like to work as an independent adjuster. My trucking background would help me in several areas,i.e. accidents, cargo damage, machinery damage, etc. In other areas I would be a novice.

Is there a need for someone with my background? I am free to travel, learn quickly, and would like to do something that I would enjoy.

All comments greatly appreciated. My email address is wcwlaporte@aol.com.

Regards
