Alan, some of us do not want money that we did not earn, enjoy it when and if the lawyers leave you anything to collect. I was paid for the work I did, I have nothing due from Pilot. |

GALE, PEOPLE THAT STAY IN THE CLASS SHARE IN THE MONEY. PEOPLE THAT DO NOT RETURN FORMS ARE NOT MEMBERS OF THE CLASS AND LEFT OUT. THE FEWER PEOPLE THAT RESPOND, THE MORE MONEY IN THE POT TO BE DIVIDED BY THE CLASS. I HOPE KNOW ONE SENDS THE FORMS BACK, MORE MONEY FOR US THAT DO RETURN THE FORMS OR OPT OUT. SO ALL YOU GUYS FEEL FREE NOT TO TAKE PART. MY SON'S SAVINGS ACCOUNT WILL THANK YOU. |

Alan does the state of California just get to keep all of the settlement money that the adjusters refuse to accept? |

Had a very interesting discussion with California attorney. It appears the org. settlement has gone up a little. I wonder why?? I might opt out and go 1 on 1. |

If you take the check and give it back to Pilot, you will have to pay income tax on it. I just wrote the court and told them to leave me out. I didn't earn it and I don't want it. |

I rec'd a package also. It seems we have to jump through hoops NOT to be a part of the settlement. I personally feel that the deal I made with Pilot did not include overtime. Its certainly free money, but not earned money. I will be contacting John Bell (pilot's gen counsel) tommorrow and I will post what he advises me to do!!have a great day!! |

Can someone please explain why the lawsuit against Pilot went away a few months ago and how/why it is back? I just received the documents to join in today. Thanks for any help. |
