Gee-whiz, I'd love to squeal like a stuck pig to the FBI about how the Insurance Companies have screwed the poor adjuster to the wall all across interstate lines over fee schedules, overstaffing storms, rewriting the contract in mid-stream, changing the storm rules twice a day, anon, anon...

But would the Federales care? Nahhh, no one else does so why should they!

It is my understanding that the FBI has been investigating the activities of certain general contractors and their relationships with adjusters. This has been going on for four to five years. Nothing to do with Quakenbush and his set of problems.

The FBI is now involved in California ref. the Northridge earthquake. Rumor is that 90% of the cat adjusters will be subpoenaed. Why so many, the reason is that they will find more Whistle blowers and are offering amunity.

Tom, please elaborate on what is "going on" in California that might require EQ adjusters to return to the state. Many CADO folks may not be aware of what you are referring to.
