I think I can speak for those who choose otherwise to remain anon and silent. The magnificent 12 once again has spoken. Top of the line no Problem-O, But!!!!!!! the others who are somewhat in the middle of the road(again less the new found souls who are and know not what the H$#$ is really going on, against the #$# kissing) I think the other 2 to 3 hundred souls in this as you say (trade or profession)(yes there are more than 12 and the so called newbees)will decide where they are going. GET REAL ! ITS CALLED FEEDING YOUR FAMILY!

Don, thanks and holidays to you and yours. I watch the postings here and try not to post until its time, I, further, have watched yours and in particular they are right on time and to the point with lots of GOOD advice for Newbies and old timers too! I have always felt that if I did not like something,ie,pay, work, people, then I do not have to do it. I just want everyone to work and make money and just "YES" "GET ALONG" Happy Holidays to one and all.

Finally buttoning down this storm in South & North Carolina. Hope to get out of Myrtle Beach Monday. Another year in the books. Thankful for a good year.
Greg, I wish I could come down and help, but family calls.
TomofTexas, wish I could have made it down to Florida to work FWUA Claims. No complaint here on your schedule (unless we are talking about alot of CWOP). But then what schedule can retire on when you have a high rate of no claims? I think the complaining involves JUA. Say hi to the Bitners and Sid Foster for me.

Vince, thanks for the kind words. Common sense is the one thing licensing and schooling cannot teach.
Grace and Peace
Don

Ok fellas, its getting real near christmas and am finishing up as cat site manager in Fla. for the FWUA. All I have heard is Fee schedule, too much paperwork, not enough money. But on two other hands, they didnt have to stand in line for their money, and to the man for 6 weeks or so of work, monies for adjusters cut is about 18 to 38K depended on damage per file, etc. Also in reveiwing files, you suddenly find that the Professional Adjuster has 1)never had a file kicked back 2)never missed coverages 3)and always made the important contact within 24 hours, come guys, we all do it , we are working for the money, not satisfaction, and not professionalism, just the bottom line, money, if you dont believe, check out the postings,i.e what company is screwing me out of my pay, my holdback, etc. We all need to just sit back and think about working 6 weeks and putting anywhere from 10 to 20K in our bank after expenses. then we go home and spend it faster than we can say hey, lets give this union business a rest and think about what is going to be good for each and every adjuster. and that my friends will have to be dealt with the vendors, ie Pilot, GAb,ABC,etc. If you dont like the system then find another profession. I do so wish Roy would run a poll and see how many adjusters got their licenses from a Leonards or worked for a recognizable independent or carrier and was TRAINED. I know the remarks are coming, but thanks and everyone have a Happy Holiday Season.
