Does anyone have an idea of where i could find some resources on Commercial claim adjusting and it's ties to risk management?

It is times like these that make me wonder why anyone would want to get into this business? The Newbees unfortunately never see this side of things until they are knee deep in it with the rest of us.

It is this period that is the one of the worst aspects of our trade, The Waiting. In a since, it's like being on a landing craft headed for the beach, or sitting in the dentists waiting room, or even, that horror of all horrors, waiting for your idiot sister in law to show up for Sunday lunch! And, still we sit & wait...
