I almost forgot to mention that Pard is one of the most insightful and thoughtful friends that anyone could ever have! And, I wanted you to see my earlier comments about him in case you missed that post.

Parrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrdeep, good job. This is a strong second to Jim's motion. His ability to speak four languages sometimes grows to 6 depending on the amount of beer that has been consumed. Good job guy. You are going about it the right way. And you do know the 16 named perils. Thanks for joining the team.

PARDEEP SIDHU has been added to this board as a Sponsor today, as noted in a Post on this page from Roy Cupps today. Congratulations to all of our new Sponsors, but I just have to single out Pardeep for a little special recognition.

Pardeep started "adjusting" during the Winter Ice Storms of 1998 up in Montreal, PQ when he served as a translator plus tourguide/"GoFer"/Friend for Russ Lott and I. He was even known to play bartender at times as well. And, he is fluent in 4 languages!

As the storm progressed, Pard inquired as to how he could become a cat adjuster and Russ and I laid out an ambitious plan for him to follow.

Right after the storm assignment was over, Pard completed the Vale 2 week Property Estimating School up in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Last Fall, Pard worked Hurricane Floyd here in NC on his first American assignment.

Last Fall, Pard obtained his AIC (Associate In Claims) designation after passing 4 of 4 national exams. He completed the AIC Program in just over one year!

Last week, Pard completed a one week school for adjusters with Crawford in Atlanta where he had the highest of scores on exams.

Right now, Pard is studying to complete the INS series in the Certificate of General Insurance Program of AICPCU by May of this year.

His goal is to start the CPCU Program later this year and I know he will, and finish it too.

This is a young man who is and has been doing it right. This is a young man to watch. This is a young man who is going to the very TOP of the adjusting profession!

Pard, Thanks for becoming a CADO SPONSOR and as I promised you, I am glad to now put your name up in LIGHTS. But when you think of it, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO HAS DONE THAT!

May I suggest to any Newbees out there that Pard would be an excellent resource and a great person willing to share if you have any questions about the education and training process. He would also be an outstanding addition to any storm assignment for vendors looking to employ the very best and most highly trained. He can be reached at pardeepsid@aol.com.

CONGRATULATIONS PARD!! (Can you tell that I am quite proud of him?)
