After you determine an infestion of fungi in a dwelling,is there any checks on pre-conditions such as the review of the sale of the property records, specificly, the WDO report required by most states. Or as it commonly known as the "termite letter". In most cases the lender would have this on file or be in deep trouble. This is a report that stipulates all pe-existing conditions of any past or present infestations of wood destroying organisms , complete with a graph showing where it was found. I ask this because I have done hundreds of these reports for lenders and real estate brokers yet it is not talked about. I am just thinking ,how many claims are paid on pre-existing conditions. |
