Jim:
I received your Email, a small portion is reproduced below;

I am answering this Email on a public "open forum" so I can share my answer to Jim with the entire CADO crew and visitors.

Jim, I have been a member of CADO since 1998/99 and followed this site since its inception. This was a labor of love by Roy Cupps, with a lot of help from Jim Flynt.

Over the years one thing I have noticed on the CADO site is there are "givers & takers" as with most aspects of life. Jim has always been a giver. Granted, he enjoys the fellowship of some pretty darn good adjusters, who have given freely of their time and knowledge to help others on this site. I will not even attempt to name them all here, some of you know each of them, all all of you should know all of them.

Therefore....... Jim, I think YOU DO DESERVE IT !! and more.

Coming to Jim's defence is something I would hope each and every CADO member (and guest) would do for our fellow adjusters who are deserving of such.

Many new adjusters (Newbies) and old-timers alike should run a CADO search on some of Jim's posting on this site, and I think you would agree that he has been an unreplaceable asset of information and help for all that simply asked for help.

For this reason, and this reason alone Jim deserves our respect. While my personal association with Jim has been severly limited, we have many mutual friends, and I have determined that Jim is not only knowledgeable, but extremely honorable, caring and unselfish.

I am proud to call Jim a friend, and wanted to use this forum do convey this to the CADO membership.

Each and every member of CADO should take pride in this site that Roy has provided for our use in exchanging information and advice.
