In real estated an appraisal is the opinion of one man so an appraiser just runs arounds giving opinions.

An adjuster takes an estimage amd makes all necexxary adjustments to meet needs and/or requirments.

Estimator does not have to do necessary adjustments.

An appraiser gives an educated estimate of the value of something. An adjuster applies knowledge of insurance policies and other fields to assign value to an economic or physical loss insured.

What is the difference between an appraiser and an adjuster?
