I just returned from Omaha a few days ago and worked for NCA in Wichita and Omaha. I found them very up front and professional. I rec'd a check when I was supposed to and a very good break down of what I was being paid for. I accepted the fee schedule when I signed on.I do think the fee schedule is very low. They do put out a good product and have high expectations of their Adjusters. All in all not a bad experience.The support for newbies seems good, They Have far too many meetings (daily). My opinion only!! |

Has anyone noticed a difference in the way NCA is handling its business and payroll? Without being too specific it is not for the better.
