Dick I wish I had an answer for you but I do not. I do think the CADO convention will be great for the future of the CADO forums and the organization as a whole. Maybe some of the seminar materials can be uploaded to the site at some point in the future.

Greg pleased to hear about your surgery, best xmas gift I ever got was a gift certificate good for a lobotomy at any hospital. It sure makes sitting arround between storms easier. I found that I have 28 tiny flowers for every square foot of wall paper.

Ghostbuster, it HAS been dull since my lobotomy! Somehow I even chuckled at the Superhuman powers MHT attributed to me in the "Suppose" thread. I have to be really careful though about what I say. You know, community relations and all. I actually had my shoe out beating the desk when the attendants grabbed me for the pre-op gurney ride. Just as I was dozing off, I was dreaming Suppose... Suppose... Suppose... Sup... Greg

Between the flipping burgers and shoveling snow (if you live in the ne) there must be something worth talking about. I am able to understand that someone challenging a way of thinking is not a personal attack (except to the insecure or guity). Maybe we should have a thread for flaming only.

Oh dear, not only is my Thorazine is wearing off but our pal Greg is BACK! ( The sky is falling! The sky is falling! Oh, woe is us!) Ya' know, it was getting boring around here lately, what with all the dry, (tho technically important), talk about digital photos, actual claims work on a Chicago roof, and the convention.

So whatta ya say, which topic can we prod the volcano with this time? The insurability of the peril of flesh eating bacteria? Mold...Friend or foe? Carpet...To waste or not to waste?, that is the question!

Cmon Greg, let's make things interesting again.

What is this board coming to? Recently a thread was removed because someone challenged an opinion of another for how to approach measuring of a roof. I agree that it was a subject that was beaten to death by individuals that would not let it go, but on the other hand I want to thank certain people for making me think. Is that not the true purpose of this board? To learn and to think.

I just finished reading some comments questioning the knowledge, dedication, experience and integrity of Mr. John Durham. John is more than qualified to defend himself but, as his friend, one who has worked side by side with him I can say that this gentleman it a true professional. His integrity should not be challenged. I may agree or disagree with someone’s position, but as a professional I will learn from that position, not challenge it.

Every year when the anticipation of an event is on the horizon and we are not called it always shortens tempers and understandings. Let he who does not live in a glass house cast the first stone. Remember, “Integrity pays, you don’t have to cheat to win”. Let’s all keep a clear head.
