We made an update to the site last night and one things you may notice is the "Quick Reply" box found at the bottom of the page while in a thread, it is still there but you will need to hit the "+" sign to the left of the word "Quick" this will expand the box showing the input area, it should be open the next time you visit.
If you have trouble viewing a page try to reload the page.
