Frank Dumas, Canton Texas passed away 3 weeks ago. Frank and his wife Melba were Cat Adjusters for many years. Frank was a cancer survivor,a veteran of war, and loved Kareoke. He is an inspiration to an entire town. He died of a heart attack, I believe at his home. He never met a stranger and introduced many new adjusters to their first Cat.
