Do I need glasses or did Short say Detroit??? That was the worst town I ever worked in, passed through or smelled. Only good thing was a little place in Lavonia called The Bread Basket. Greatest corned beef sandwiches I ever had the pleasure to meet! Another great food town is Chicago: Portillo's is great for hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches and their ribs are pretty darn good too! Don't even get me started on the deep dish pizza. Long Island is also a another very fattening Cat site: delis on every corner! But omg the traffic and the expenses put this on the thumbs down list. My all time favorite Cat site though had to be Colorado Springs hailstorm of '98 What a great town!!! Middle of summer and "zero" humidity. Plenty of outdoor things to do...simply an awesome and beautiful area. A close second is The Twin Cities. Nice area, easy to get around, wonderful parks, nice and cool in the summer months. Ahhh ...memories. Well, back to staring at the cubicle walls for now... |

Yes, Detroit but only for the weather and golf. Also really enjoyed Joe's Kitchen in Myrtle Beach, 3 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, dessert, and tea for $4.50 including tax. Sweet!!!!! |
The grass is always greener on the other side, but it still has to be mowed! |
