The PLRB (Property Loss Research Bureau) National Mold Symposium ~ The Truth About Mold is scheduled for October 29-30, 2001 at the Sheraton Airport Plaza Hotel in Charlotte, NC. From reading the online description of the various panels and seminars scheduled, it would appear to be worthwhile for those seeking to be mold adjusting professionals. The cost for non-PLRB members is $325.00. Some of the seminars include: * Rapid Drying Technologies * Air Quality And The Remediation * Practical Experiences - Large Water Loss Abatement And Restoration * How To Keep A Water Loss From Becoming A Nightmare * Mold ~ A Common Sense Approach * Mold And Sick Building Syndrome Claims ~ When Are They Excluded? * Practicalities Of Handling The Mold Claim * Proper Application Of The Science Of Mold To Property And Health Claims * Mold Remediation ~ Filling The Prescription The PLRB website which contains an online application for registration is located as follows: http://www.plrb.org |
