I know that many adjusters are sitting at home right now waiting for the "big one" to hit. I also know that many of you have been taking classes to fulfill your CE requirements for licensing.

Does anyone have any stories to share about classes they have taken this summer which they could recommend to others as particularly valuable to the adjusting community?

The Insurance Institute of America has an excellent course on business writing. It's titled,"Writing at work", the cost is $235.00 for the full course, the text book only is $27.00, and there is also a cd-rom called "Writing that works", available for $39.00. Whichever you purchase, I highly recommend this course.
