Just worndering about Intectual Rights for different forms created by Independents working for companies that need a special form and don't have one. Whe IC's create special need form who gets rewarded in the long run?

Jack, if one does not copyright a special form and puts that form into the public domain the author of the form has no rights. You could contract with a company to design and produce the special form. On the other hand, creating a special form for a company may put you in a good light with the company resulting in more CAT work for yourself.
