CADO Classified AD Guidelines
All classified ads and transactions on CatAdjuster.org must comply with the Classified Ad Guidelines and User Agreement. Posters, Sellers and buyers are responsible for all aspects of transactions in which they participate. Furthermore, posters, sellers and buyers are responsible for reviewing and complying with any applicable laws, regulations, or restrictions for the city, county, state, region, and country in which the poster, buyer and seller reside. This includes laws, regulations, or restrictions on items and services, and the method of sale or exchange in which buyers and sellers participate on CatAdjuster.org.
When you post an ad your companies credentials will be reviewed and confirmed through a online service like the BBB website or the Best's Directory. If we cannot confirm your companies credentials your ad may be removed. Your companies past posting history and feedback will also be taken into consideration.
Do not post numerous ads of the same subject or item. These will be deleted and your account may be removed, since it will be considered abuse.
Training Ads are limited to two (2) active ads in a 30 day period per advertiser.
• All Jobs posted in the Jobs section must be jobs related to handling claims for insurance companies, No Roof sales or jobs as PA's or working for PA firms.
• You must list your items or services in the most appropriate category. Furthermore, each item or service can only be listed in one category.
• You may not include any content or images in your classified ad that are obscene, offensive, harmful to minors, an invasion of privacy, or otherwise inappropriate.
• You may not offer any item for sale that is not in your possession, you do not have the right to sell, or that does not exist at the time of the classified ad.
• No adult-oriented products or services may be posted..
• You may not use or manipulate this service for any fraudulent activity or purpose.
• You may not disrupt CatAdjuster.org operations or service. This includes the use of any automated routines used to gather or generate information via our web site, or any other repetitive action that may degrade the performance of our systems.
Duplicate Classifieds
Under not circumstance can you post a duplicate classified. A duplicate classifieds ad is one that has the same information and is submitted repeatedly. If an ad is posted numerous times, this may be considered spamming and preventive measures will be taken. Your account may be suspended in the event you are being suspected of spamming.
Right to terminate and suspend
CatAdjuster.org, at its sole discretion, may modify, suspend, or delete any classified ad or CatAdjuster.org membership immediately, and without notice, if we believe that you have not acted in compliance with the CatAdjuster.org User Agreement and Classified Ad Guidelines.
