Assuming you are using XM8, enter "app" for appliances and the you should find the dryer and washer there use R for remove and reset.

    Hey Booey,

When you are estimating if you click on the red arrow (show category list) the washer and dryer will be in the categories list under appliances/furnishings. You need to select either a gas or electric dryer and then put a check in the Rem/Reset box. Then repeat this for the washer. Don't be concerned about the quality as the cost for R/S will be the same.  You may have to make a change to the description or delete the quality description. I hope this helps.

I only had the residential button checked. I was playing around with it and it showed up when I checked the personal button.
