Would someone who uses File Trac and Xactimate please advise me of how to upload the file from File Trac into Xactimate?

This data bridge is costly and it is up to the respective IA to subscribe to this fee that will enable their subscription to allow it. The last time I checked, it costs FileTrac about 20 bucks per file to have Xactimate 'open' up their system for this information to be exchanged.

Based on Xactimate's subscription base and product suite that includes Xactcentral, it does not appear to be in their best interests to allow for a data bridge or to make it cost effective.

Some information provided in the prior response is inaccurate so for clarification:

The original question asked how to "upload the file from FileTrac to Xactimate." FileTrac has a tool that copy/pastes basic claim data from FileTrac into Xactimate. The tool has one limited purpose, which is to save the Adjuster time/risk of error when re-keying data into Xactimate. This tool is only for small scale use where Xactanalysis is not also being utilized.

FileTrac and Xactanalysis also have an automated data bridge available to customers who use both systems. This robust integration adds ~$1.00 per file to existing fees.

    Very nice.

How do existing users access this feature? Is there a quick way to see that this feature is integrated on existing files within FileTrac?
