I went ahead and requested this from Chuck saying "I know enough to know that I do not know enough", and while a lot of the info was pretty standard, and anyone working flood should have a reasonable knowledge of the info, some of the info was nothing short of great. Different perspectives, same end result, and overall a genuine learning experience.
I highly recommend that if anyone wants to know what can be shown on paper (there is always something in the field that is not covered in manuals after all), be you an experienced flood adjuster or a newbie, and whether you have had an NFIP license for years and never used it or you are just getting into flood, you ask Chuck real nicely for the package he has taken the time to put together. I have already taken the liberty of passing it on to a few of our seasoned adjusters who have not worked much flood, and they too are singing Chuck's praises.
Thanks, Chuck.
