    .........................................................

Hello there Tallahassee,( I am a zombie movie buff and Zombieland is a great Z flick and the main character was named Tallahassee, so that is now you)

I think I can help you out (meaning put you with someone local to your area) I have a few members in that area that I believe would be willing to try and work something out with you.

There will be a few conditions. They are:

    1. Learn XM8 on your OWN time. I am not being rude, it's just my opinion that you cannot adequately learn XM8 out in the field. Further, that would greatly hinder any one of my members productivity by explaining the XM8 process step by step. Field experience and mentorship should be confined to field work and physical adjusting procedure SANS any estimating software

    2. Whilst some of these guys are local to your area, they will be heading up to the greater NE area in about a week or so. You wanna learn CAT claims, you gotta go where they are right now.

    3. I will only try to set this up and help you further refine your work product provided you are willing to sign a waiver that you will hold harmless any adjuster should you get hurt out there (It happens) UNLESS said adjuster demonstates EXTREME NEGLIGENCE that directly contributes to your injuries.

In all reality, XM8 in response to the vast amounts of claims being generated are offering multiple self paced online training as well as webinars. It is not hard for you to become well versed up to a level 2 XM8 certification/knowledge within the next week. It can be done.

Whatever compensation (either way) will be between you and your mentor.

If this is something that you are interested in pursuing and agree to the above conditions, shoot me an email to:

     catadjusterx@gmail.com

In closing, I applaud your proactive approach to gaining knowledge. That by itself makes you stand out amongst the masses.

Would you know of anyone in the Orlando, FL area who might be interested in someone 'Shadowing" them?
