I am trying to find out about Pacesetter Claims. I am on their "stand by list", but have not been called, which is somewhat surprising given my experience. I have not seen Pacesetter mentioned on this site, so I am just wondering if anyone has any information.
Does anyone have any experience with them?
My business partner and her father are both deployed with Pacesetters in the Metro Dallas/ Ft.Worth area . Kinda strange that they haven't called you yet given your "experience". I am not even on their roster yet they wanted me to deploy. I couldn't as I just started my own IA firm and am already in over my head with USAA.
They in fact deployed two of my guys who are brand new, which was way cool. I guess that you weren't called has only to do with location i am sure.
Pacesetters is a solid IA firm/training provider, they license and train adjusters in addition to deploying them.
I have heard nothing but solid comments from those working with them. The only complaint if you could call it that is that they require multiple reports and addendum's and the like over and above other IA firms so things tend to slow some folks down.
I do NOT see that as a bad thing, I see that as a testament to their solid rating as a tier One vendor
