The insured had a roof claim in 2008 Ike, and a grease fire in 2009. The policy is a HO-3 You worked both losses and used xmate. Both were full assignments. The carrier notified you to work the total loss from tornado, but do not travel to the site only thing left is a slab. Inured on a rocket to the space station and will not be back for 20 days.

You would have the familys phone number, just call and ask have you made any additions on our house since 2009. Then pull your old grease fire file that has all the rooms in sketch and many photos of the interior (contents) and the smoke estimate on all contents. It was standard western platform construction and easy to stick build in xmate. You make phone calls to the wife and ask questions on 2 conversations. Then work the file up and email to her and the loss is a total to insurance and the deductible is absorbed by the amount of the loss.

You call the carrier and ask for authority to send out a proof of loss and you get it. The claims manager ask you how many hours you have in the file and you tell him 12 hrs after you mail in the proof of loss. He states fine. The last time you worked a file for him you were a Sr. Adjuster for xyz adjusting and they were on a fee bill, but he wants you to work this file direct and they were charging $80.00 per hour for you and he knows they paid you 65%; therefore send him a bill for 12x$52.00=$624.00 instead of 2.75% of $300,000. and do not add sales tax, IFYOU WANT TO GET ANY MORE OF MY DIRECT BIZ.

I say hell yes send me the the roof claims in these zip codes in Edmund, Moore and OK City and I will use the satellite photos, as all these house's had hail larger than baseballs.

I kinda really think some ole adjusters make a living like this.
