    I have been a TX - All Lines License holder for just over 2 years now and have not had a chance to use it yet.  I have an extensive construction background and am extremely proficient using a computer.  I have all of the necessary equipment required to do the job and just need an opportunity.  I live near the area IKE is about to hit and can be there at a moments notice if given the chance.  I would greatly appreciate any advice that anyone may have as well.
